Before you send us any files, on the “Measurement Averaging” “Save” tab, for “Format: WAV file – Impulse Response…”, experiment with setting the “IR start (ms)” further negative before saving the file.
On the “Measurement Averaging” “Average” tab lower plot, look at the impulse response (by clicking on “IR Samples”) and you will likely see some of the impulse response extending negative. If so, then this needs to be saved in the WAV file to ensure the whole response – particularly at lower frequencies – is retained.
Setting “IR start (ms)” further negative effectively add bulk delay to the saved WAV file, but with anything other than minimum-phase responses, it’s the only way to retain the response accurately, since the response extends earlier in time than the IR peak.
