I presume you’re referring to text import so see the section “Text (*.txt) and CSV (*.csv)”.

Yes, if a file has only 2 columns – frequency (Hz) and magnitude (dB) – then a 3rd column of zeros needs to be added. This can be done in a text editor, Excel and maybe Apple Numbers or Google sheets. It’s on the todo list to provide for 2 column frequency and magnitude loading, but for now 2 column is interpreted as the time samples of an impulse response – column 1 are timestamps and column 2 is the sample value.
