    I am writing to request assistance regarding a payment issue. I have already completed the payment; however, I did not receive the license required to access the system.

    The payment was successfully charged, but the system displayed a message indicating that the transaction had timed out and then exited. I have already attached the proof of payment from Thailand for your reference.
