In short, no. But it depends on the what’s in the FIR filter. If a FIR filter is designed as all minimum-phase, it may be possible to mimic most of the response with IIR filters but if the FIR filter is very detailed, it may take more IIR filters than available. In our software, you can load a FIR onto the Target tab, then try to approximate it with the IIR Filters tab.
