You can reinstall 2.6.11 and it will replace 4.0.4.

However, we’ve just released 4.0.5 which should address the problem you’ve described. Unfortunately changes in then underlying GUI toolkit – not our code – caused a long list of problems with the UI, including tabs missing and menu problems.

Let us know if 4.0.5 is working.
