      Hi
      I have a question.
      I found longer filter delay make output level lower at 40hz ~ 80hz.
      is it correct?
      It’s difficult to understand filter delay and taps.
      Please let me know.

      Section 5 in the FIR filter guide discusses filter length.

      FIR Filter Guide

      A longer filter does not lower the level of lower frequencies. A longer filter has the ability to EQ finer detail at lower frequencies, when compared to a shorter filter.
