      I installed FIRd and it did not properly install the first time, and I tried to reinstall and it now gives the error “the code execution cannot proceed because libsndfile-1.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem”

      Uninstalling and then reinstalling does not repair the missing .dll file
