Magnitude cancellation in phase inversion.

I got this coherence, magnitude and phase curve with Smaartlive.

As you can see the magnitude and phase simulations in FIR Creator are flat.

In the final measurement, the phase is closer to the simulation and flatter, but the magnitude cancels right at the phase rotation point. What could be happening?
