Moving mic technic

I use the moving microphone measurement technique.
And the measurement result data is almost the same in RTA and TF.

However, when I move the microphone in RTA, it appears around 20~50Hz, which is presumed to be wind, handling noise, or footstep vibration.
But this phenomenon does not appear in TF.
Of course, if I move the microphone very slowly in RTA, the noise does not appear.
Do you know why this difference occurs in RTA and TF?

According to Harman’s document, Smaart’s RTA collects data 3 times per second in infinite averaging.
However, there is no information on how many times per second the Transfer Function collects data.
Do you have any information?
