Problems with changing/saving preferences (V4.3.9 – Win 11 Pro OS)

Hello,

I wonder if anyone has had a similar issue to me.. I find that the preferences menu is not functioning properly.

Nothing that I changes saves, eg. make a change like prescribe the desired filter window, sample rate, delay, black screen etc, then Click OK and restart the program, but nothing changes.

Also notable that if I open an existing session file and try to ‘use settings from current project’ it partly imports but incorrectly, and then doesn’t save anyway 😛

This doesn’t stop me from doing my work but it is a pain from a quality of life perspective, so I’d be delighted if anyone has come across this and has any advice.
