Vriable frequency smoothing

Hi Michael,

It would be great if you could consider adding variable frequency smoothing, in addition to the Complex and Power smoothing options already available on the Import Tab. I suppose the smoothing can go from 1/24 at lower frequencies, to 1/12 in the midrange and 1/3 at higher frequencies.
