WAV file measurements from REW

I seem to be having issues importing IRs into Measurement Averaging, that were exported as .WAV format from REW. The measurements look odd in FIR Designer like shown below;

I have tried both windowed and un-windowed IRs to no avail. The windowed IR files are saved here for your reference; they are in 24-bit PCM format,

I am probably missing a step in importing these correctly and I would appreciate your help.
