Hello Eclipse audio team, I have a few suggestions to perhaps make the program even better. There are a few features I would like to have. I think the most important thing for my use is to be able to process the phase individually, regardless of the frequency response. I would like to be able to import a measurement in the import window where I have the choice (1 – use phase only = and only the automatic function for phase correction + a second measurement -2 – use magnitude only = for automatic magnitude correction). At the end, frequency response 2 and phase 1 are combined and I could still make my manual adjustment via the voicing. I know it’s pretty complex, but at the moment there is no averager program where I can combine the sum frequency response of several microphones and only use one reference phase. As soon as I insert an averaged measurement without phase into an averager program, it automatically sets a 0 line. When I sum, my reference phase shifts, which I then have to work with. In FIR DESIGNER, I can only insert one phase measurement, edit this manually in Phase adjust and then insert my averaged frequency response measurement without a phase diagram and then use the auto mag. It would be nice to be able to assign the auto functions to a measurement. Two are enough. The next small feature that I would like to have would be easier. In all areas where I can enter values, it would be nice if I could simply change the value using the arrow keys. (dB, Q, frequency) Yes, you can zoom in the upper window and drag back and forth with the mouse, but I don’t find that very precise. The first part is very important to me. I am an active and successful participant in car hi-fi in Germany (Emma and Aya) and I measure with a binaural head/body. I would be very pleased if you could implement this in your program. Or you can adapt the averager program to add a phase reference from another measurement to a frequency response measurement without phase. Then I would have the magnitude from each ear as AVG + phase from one ear. Thank you so much, I hope to hear from you soon. Best regards, Eddi
